먼저 저희 회사에 깊은 관심을 가져주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다.

감사하게도 당사 설립 투자자 모집을 마친 이후, 현재까지 많은 신규 투자 문의를 받고 있습니다.
그러나 당사는 기존 설립 주주님들과의 신뢰를 최우선으로 하고 있기에, 현재 설립 투자자 모집 종료 이후부터는 신규 투자 및 신규 주주 가입을 받지 않고 있습니다.

당사는 2027년도 주주총회를 거쳐 기존 주주님들을 위한 소수의 신규 주식을 추가적으로 발행할 예정입니다. 이때  잔여분에  한하여  제 3자  배정을 진행할 예정입니다.

신주 발행과 관련한 세부 사항은 2027년 주주총회에서 확정될 예정이오니, 신규 투자 의사가 있으신 예비 주주님들께서는 사전 수요 조사를 위해 본 메일로 관심 의사를 전달해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 최대한 많은 신규 주주님들과 함께할 수 있도록 주주총회 결의에서 참고하도록 하겠습니다.

*Regarding New Investment Inquiries*

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is Seungyun Nam, CEO of the company.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for your strong interest in our firm.

Since completing our initial capital raise with our founding shareholders, we have continued to receive a significant number of new investment inquiries. However, as we place the highest priority on trust and commitment to our existing founding shareholders, we are not accepting new investments or new shareholders at this time following the close of the founding round.

That said, after the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 2027, the company plans to issue a limited number of additional shares for the benefit of existing shareholders. Any remaining shares may be allocated to third parties in accordance with Article 418(2) of the Korean Commercial Act.

Details regarding the issuance of new shares will be finalized at the 2027 shareholders’ meeting. Prospective investors who are interested in participating are kindly invited to express their interest via this email for the purpose of preliminary demand assessment. We will take this into consideration when making resolutions at the shareholders’ meeting, with the aim of welcoming as many new shareholders as possible where feasible.
